Project Manager for EPC projects (BESS / STATCOM) (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:
* Lead and manage cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) on large scale Battery Storage and STATCOM projects.
* Represent Nidec to customers and third parties: Communicate and meet with customers and suppliers through the life of each project.
* Ensure compliance with public regulations.
* Full project responsibility for contractual requirements, milestones and criticalities under consideration of schedule, under budget and customer expectations.
* Prepare and present reporting of progress and financials of your projects.
* Manage risks and develop strategies for mitigation
Qualifikationen:
* Strong electrical background
* Beneficial: project management certification
* Experience
* 3+ years direct experience in large scale project management (energy and / or industry).
* Experience with Electrical, Controls, and Power Electronic applications will be a plus.
* Coordination, support and optimization of planning under building law, including obtaining the necessary permits, cooperation with local authorities
* Contract management: negotiation, conclusion and execution of project-related contracts (e.g. EPC contracts)
* Project management tools experience -MS Projects, Smart Sheet
* Languages
* Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
