Key Responsibilities:
o Act as the primary HR contact for all personnel matters across BYD’s retail locations (dealerships) in the region
o Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
o Provide guidance and support to store managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor law topics
o Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies at all retail sites
o Collaborate closely with central HR, operations, and dealership management to align retail HR practices with corporate standards
o Support HR data management and reporting for retail headcount, turnover, and related KPIs
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Around 5 years’ experience in HR, ideally within automotive retail, dealer networks, or consumer-facing businesses
* Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR best practices
* Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel between Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and retail sites as needed
