Your Responsibilities – Make an Impact
As Business Projektmanager S/4 (all gender), you will play a pivotal role in steering the evolution of our IBP solution, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA and alignment with business needs across the value chain. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Leading the development of the IBP module through all SAP Activate phases.
2. Acting as the Module Owner for SAP IBP and its core components (Demand, S&OP, Inventory, Supply & Response).
3. Driving business process definition, configuration, testing, and global roll-out of the IBP solution.
4. Coordinating sprint planning and aligning review milestones with stakeholders.
5. Monitoring sprint and release progress in JIRA to ensure transparency and timely delivery.
6. Managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations across Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Production, Controlling and Finance.
7. Conducting gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities in planning models, processes, or training.
Your Profile – What You Bring
We are looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a passion for digital transformation and supply chain excellence. You should bring:
8. Proven target-oriented & structured project management experience in complex and demanding international business environments using ideally SAP Activate or similar agile methodologies.
9. Strong analytical skills to design and optimize end-to-end planning processes from demand sensing to supply fulfillment.
10. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change and lead transformation.
11. Effective and transparent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of intercultural competence and the ability to facilitate cross-functional alignment.
12. Solid understanding of SAP IBP and its integration with S/4HANA (e.g., via SDI/CPI-DS).
13. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills (in particular German) is a plus.
14. Willingness to travel globally up to 10–15% of the time.
