For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Kinaxis Maestro Product Owner (m/f/d) in Böblingen.
Your tasks:
* Accountable for global adoption of the planning solution for the business teams
* Establish and maintain good collaboration with Business stakeholders
* Contribute to the business strategy by building application roadmaps meeting the business goals; give visibility on global Maestro usage and potential
* Take part in developing value-add solutions for the Business with global IT and advise on process improvements opportunities
* Drive streamlined & lean structure within Maestro to ensure optimized set up
* Work as a team with global IT to ensure that Business requirements are translated into technical requirements in the most profitable way for the company
* Check local initiatives against global design, own regression testing
* Implement and drive the support model for Maestro
* Facilitate collaboration and communication across geographically distributed Maestro teams to prevent duplicated effort and conflicting initiatives
* Communicate widely about Maestro initiatives and foster cross-regional best practices sharing among support team and user community
* Create and deliver training to upskill the Maestro support team and the user community; drive excellence in the Maestro support team
* Support data integration and data quality initiatives
Your profile:
* BA or Masters in Supply Chain, IT, engineering, or related field
* Experience with ERP tools (such as SAP, Oracle…) and good knowledge of supply chain processes, especially S&OP and MRP
* Excellent technical skills in Maestro (certification not needed):
-Understanding Analytics 1 & 2
-Author level 1 & 2 (level 3 would be appreciated)
-Data Administration
-User Administration
-Solution Design Best Practices
* Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
* Proficient in organizing and executing action plans from vision through implementation
* Strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to express business concepts in technical terms
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well in cross functional and international teams and to foster team commitment
* Experience working effectively across multiple levels of the organization, across multiple cultures and time zones
