Job Title: Cybersecurity Product Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity professional to lead our cybersecurity product management efforts. As a Cybersecurity Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, detailing, and implementing our cybersecurity service portfolio and related business models.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, systems engineering, and lifecycle management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Operations, and Cybersecurity Experts Community, to ensure the integration of our cybersecurity services with all other functions.
You will also be responsible for leading customer projects, from offer preparation to coordinating delivery team activities throughout the project. Additionally, you will work closely with Regional Companies to ensure that sales, revenue, and margin targets for Cybersecurity Services are met.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Sciences, with long-term experience in software/networked systems engineering or lifecycle management. They will also have experience delivering cybersecurity services or secured systems to critical infrastructure operators, preferably in power grids, power generation, industry & infrastructure verticals.
A strong functional and technical knowledge of OT cyber security and information security domains is required, with deep expertise in one or more areas such as substation security, SCADA security in grid control, and OT network security.
Preferrably, the candidate will hold one or more active leading Cybersecurity certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent. Proficiency in international standards IEC 62443 & ISO/IEC 27001, and guidelines from NIST, Cloud Security Alliance, OWASP, and other established bodies is essential.
