Key Responsibilities
* Focus on purchasing for engineering service
* Lead procurement planning and execution for infrastructure-related projects.
* Coordinate supplier selection and manage the tendering process.
* Negotiate and finalise contracts in line with project and legal requirements.
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
* Identify and manage procurement risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
* Foster long-term supplier relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
* Academic background in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Approximately 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within construction or infrastructure sectors.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and German construction contract frameworks (e.g., VOB, HOAI).
* Proficient in English; German language skills are advantageous.
