Senior Project Manager – Offshore HV Export Projects
Location: Hamburg (Hybrid with travel)
German and English required
A rapidly growing EPC/OEM, operating across major offshore transmission and grid infrastructure programmes, is strengthening its European delivery organisation. With a multi-billion euro pipeline of long-term projects, the company is seeking an experienced senior project manager to oversee the execution of complex, high-voltage, offshore export projects.
Reporting to the European Project Director, you will take full ownership of project delivery, overseeing engineering, manufacturing, the supply chain, logistics, installation and jointing activities. You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage all internal and external interfaces, and ensure excellence in terms of safety, quality, costs, risks and schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle.
You will need at least eight years' experience in managing large high-voltage (132 kV+) or EPC transmission projects, strong leadership skills in matrix organisations and experience working with EPC contractors, developers, TSOs or OEMs. Excellent stakeholder, contractual and commercial management capability is required, as well as strong communication, negotiation and coaching skills. The ability to travel internationally is required.
Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
