Responsibilities:
* Analyze, design, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
* Identify bottlenecks, collect feedback, and propose process optimizations
* Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes
* Manage and support HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Create clear documentation and ensure process adoption across teams
* Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to align initiatives
* Explore and test new HR tools and technologies to support process automation and scalability
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in HR process management or HR project management
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured mindset
* Proven ability to map, document, and improve business processes
* Experience working with HRIS, workflow, or automation tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
* Ability to travel to EU countries
