As a Project Manager for Training, you will support the Change, Communications & Training (CCT) Academy by leading the end-to-end project management of the training discipline within a large-scale Finance transformation. This is a hands-on role, which requires active involvement in improving training approach, training gap analyses, reviewing content, and ensuring readiness for User Acceptance Test and Go-Live.
You will work closely with global stakeholders, proactively manage timelines and dependencies, and drive practical, high-quality training delivery to enable successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA public and private across four divisions globally.
Your tasks
* Business As Usual Project Management - training Deployment / Run
1. Support and guide Divisional Training Managers, including hands-on help with training gap analyses and compiling of training plans
2. Coordinate training content creation and delivery globally with stakeholders (internal & external)
3. Actively support User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Go-Live training phases, including orchestrating and organizing training sessions
4. Aligning & planning of release rated trainings for the Run Community
* Training material life cycle management
1. Training material development and maintenance
2. Provide ready-to-use templates and formats to enable consistent training delivery
3. Leverage AI for a streamlined training material lifecycle approach
4. Manage and maintain the training library (Enable Now) and ensure content is up to date
5. Create and roll out engaging training materials (e-learnings, videos, presentations, interactive content) using modern tools (e.g. AI, gamification)
* Delivering training strategy
1. Deliver and continuously improve the training approach in close collaboration with divisional teams, with a strong focus on practical effectiveness (target groups: Deployment Teams, End Users, Power Users, and 2nd Level Support)
2. Actively coach and support teams in implementing the training approach, fostering ownership and accountability
3. Track and report training progress and KPIs transparently
Your profile
* Hands-on mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivery
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality output
* Ability to drive topics forward, influence others, and get things done
* Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with SAP Enable Now, Confluence, and Signavio are an advantage
* Experience with GenAI tools and prompt engineering is a strong plus
* Sound communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Experience within DHL Group, particularly DPAG and the P&P division, is beneficial
* Basic knowledge of Finance processes or SAP FI/CO is advantageous, but not required
* Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken) is essential
