The Account Management team is responsible for the success of key partners on the platform and their responsibility spans across multiple areas. Responsibilities Map the category and subcategories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with partners Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category and build clear roadmap to manage long-tail partners Plan, execute and maintain category performance Work cross functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to help partners with content on platform Own internal projects to contribute to the ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing) Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. 2. Available to start immediately. 3. Prior experience or demonstrated knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, including online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer models. 4. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills. 5. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity. 6. Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference) 7. Fluent in English and Chinese, advanced proficiency in German; This will ease cross-cultural communication and collaboration in a global working environment. Preferred Qualifications 1.
