Job Description
Delivery Hero is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Central AdTech team, focusing on Display Ads – Retention. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end strategy, development, and enhancement of reporting capabilities for our global Display Advertising platform.
You will own how we track, measure, visualize, and report performance across all Display Ads campaigns — making key metrics transparent, actionable, and accessible to a wide range of internal and external users. Your work will directly support advertisers, commercial teams, and stakeholders in making data-informed decisions and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
Your Mission:
1. Own the strategy and roadmap for reporting across Display Ads – from data tracking and aggregation to dashboards and downloadable reports.
2. Define and evolve core reporting metrics, ensuring consistency, reliability, and relevance to business objectives.
3. Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, Backend and Frontend Engineers, and the UX/UI team to design intuitive and scalable dashboards that surface key campaign insights.
4. Collaborate with commercial teams, account managers, and other business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
5. Ensure our reporting tools are self-serve, robust, and tailored to different user personas, enabling both real-time and historical analysis.
6. Lead initiatives to improve data quality, instrumentation, and accuracy of performance reporting.
7. Be an advocate for data-driven decision making, supporting experimentation, attribution models, and ongoing performance improvements.
8. Partner closely with privacy, compliance, and data governance teams to ensure reporting adheres to relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications
9. 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with exposure to AdTech, marketing platforms, analytics, or B2B SaaS products.
10. Strong technical understanding of data pipelines, tracking infrastructure, and reporting systems.
11. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and commercial stakeholders.
12. Proven track record of delivering dashboards or analytics tools that meet diverse user needs, analytical mindset with a deep understanding of key performance metrics, attribution, and campaign optimization.
13. Excellent communication skills – able to bridge technical and non-technical worlds with clarity and empathy.
