We are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Manager to join our team. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing customer relationships in the new Ophthalmology division. You will focus on customer identification, building customer know-how, and developing customer plans for successful launches.
You will also be responsible for the sales of existing products in the field of oncology, implementing the specified marketing and sales strategy. This includes differentiating from competitor products and services.
Your key performance indicators will include achieving sales targets such as market share, turnover, contact targets, frequency, and territory coverage. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting results to supervisors.
Other responsibilities include visiting/contacts with target customers in private practice, outpatient, and/or inpatient sectors; using omnichannel to achieve optimal sales ranges; establishing and expanding networks/relationships with key customers and opinion leaders; and conducting territory, competitive, business, and customer analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Pharmaceutical consultant or pharmaceutical officer or university degree in pharmacy, medicine, or natural sciences.
 * Fluent written and spoken German and good knowledge of English.
 * Several years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical sales force.
 * Existing contacts with the customer base are desirable, particularly with important key customers in the sales area.
