As a Sales Manager - Proactive (m/f/d), you are passionate about sales and a true sales talent. You know how to effectively promote our hotel to our clients. Together with your team, you develop strategies that are as unique & innovative as Marriott itself.
Your main tasks include, among others:
* Are you a true sales talent? Perfect! With us, you will drive innovative sales activities for your area – from telemarketing to client meetings.
* You will handle the negotiation and creation of framework agreements with clients from various segments.
* No one knows the market better than you – you identify potential clients and attract them to Marriott with appropriate measures.
* Customer Relationship Management is key for you – whether it’s personal meet-ups, site inspections, or during lunch.
* You represent our hotel at fam trips, sales trips, and at trade shows & workshops.
* You manage continuous market, trend, and competitor analysis, as well as creating reports and statistics.
Be able.
* Experience in proactive sales, ideally in the hospitality industry.
* Completed training in hotel management and/or business studies.
* Friendly, proactive, and approachable demeanor.
* Very good German and English skills.
* Flexibility, solution-oriented actions, and multitasking skills.
