Project Manager in Construction Industry

Your Challenge
* Support in the commercial management of construction projects
* Participation as a commercial contact person for project, construction, and location management, as well as order recipients on selected topics
* Support in processing commercial questions, particularly by providing support for the responsible project managers
* Contribution to the maintenance of payment plans and creation of invoices under guidance
* Support in debt collection and follow-up of open items, including participation in liquidity security
* Accompaniment of ongoing project control, particularly through support in project-related cost tracking
Profile Required to Move Things Forward Together
* Completed commercial education (e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk, property clerk) or comparable background
* Ideally first practical experiences in a commercial or project-oriented environment, e.g. through internships
* Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; willingness to learn new software tools
* Interest in further development in the field of project controlling and commercial management
* High level of commitment, flexibility, initiative, and quality awareness, even under time pressure
