Finance

This role is positioned within the finance function of the organization and is intended to support business requirements across a Trade, Distribution, Sales & Analysis framework.
The successful candidate will serve as a key finance interface between two interconnected business units, ensuring smooth data exchange, financial reporting, and governance alignment.
The role is critical in enabling one entity to act as a distributor for another’s product portfolio in selected markets, while also supporting internal finance operations that have grown due to the expanded scope of responsibilities.
Cross-Entity Finance Support
• Serve as the primary finance contact within the organization’s cross-functional structure.
• Manage and coordinate financial data exchange, reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc requests between interconnected business units.
• Controlling & Reporting
• Support the finance team with controlling and reporting tasks beyond the current resourcing plan.
• Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with finance and commercial teams across business units.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency in financial reporting.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration (Berufsakademie)
• Major in Finance or further accounting qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Finance or Controlling
• Good to advanced accounting knowledge
• Strong MS Excel knowledge
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in financial reporting, controlling, and business partnering.
