The Syneos Health Sales Manager represents the leadership in country, ensuring localisation of strategic execution, delivery of agreed KPIs, leading tactical plan, and results monitoring. Acting as front-line manager of the Therapeutic Area Specialists (TAS) team to manage day-to-day operations.


Responsibilities

* Deliver KPIs for the designated target market within agreed budgets and timescales
* Recruit, coach, counsel a high-performance team of TSA in the designated target market
* Deliver flawless execution of the overarching marketing strategy/plan
* Drive quality and efficiency of TAS team
* Take on personal responsibility for exploring/managing high level opportunities as appropriate
* Conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports and ensure development plans are in situ to deliver in current and future roles
* Ensure that all activities undertaken by the team comply with SOPs and ethical codes of practice
* Stay at the forefront of changes occurring within the target market and communicate to the team and internal stakeholders
* Act as the interface between the designated target market and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree – Life Sciences preferred
* Management experience preferably in the rare, orphan or ultra-orphan area
* Person Driven
* Development of supply structures
* Team player and experience with cross-functional structures
* High self-motivation/intrinsic motivation
* Problem Solver
* Good communication skills including a fluency in English
* Resilient even in difficult situations
