This role sits at the forefront of a major digital transformation within a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation. As the Senior SAP S/4HANA Program Manager, you will lead the coordinated roll-out of S/4HANA across multiple European sites, ensuring consistent standards, strong governance, and seamless integration into existing operations. You will act as the central point of alignment between local project teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders, driving delivery excellence in a highly regulated GMP environment.
