Job Description:
1. Establish bridges between Kaiyang Laboratory and leading overseas universities, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems; formulate overseas university collaboration plans;
2. Conduct in-depth analysis and monitoring of cutting-edge research trends, innovation developments, and industrial ecosystems at overseas universities; regularly produce reports on emerging technologies, competitive analysis, and forward-looking insights;
3. Develop and systematically maintain key partnership networks with overseas universities, research organizations, renowned professor teams, and innovation platforms;
4. Establish a database of key talent and projects from overseas universities, tracking research directions of top professors, postdoctoral fellows, and doctoral candidates;
5. Manage the full lifecycle of overseas university collaboration projects.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or higher with technical expertise in AI, computer science, automotive engineering, or related fields, enabling substantive dialogue with scientists;
2. Overseas education, work experience, or long-term residency abroad with deep understanding of international university operations and culture;
3. Exceptional English communication skills (particularly written and oral negotiation abilities);
4. Strong cross-cultural and cross-organizational project management capabilities.
