Responsibilities and Duties

* Sale Channels Development: Develop sale channels and potential clients in domestic 3D printing market by forms of B2B2C/B2B2G (business to business to the end customers(individual/government), according to company target list and performance indication;
* Customer Sale and Service: Conduct sale operation through communicating customer needs, arranging services and products, delivering key messages of product education, solving client questions and complaint precisely to instill confidence and brand image in clients;
* Customer Management: Maintain and build up the long-term partnership with key clients by various method like greeting and visiting; Dig further customer values and extend customer journey by putting yourself in their shoes;
* Sale Management: Maintain customer records, manage local retail agencies and sales channels, conduct the local market research, contributing to new business growth points;
* Teamwork: Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients


Requirements

* Language & Communication: Fluent in the local language and medium level above English (can work the language) to convey information effectively;
* Customer Service: Knowledge of customer needs assessment, customer knowledge training, and customer satisfaction evaluation; Excellent interpersonal skills and adequate negotiation and persuading skills, delivering strong client management and problem-solving ability;
* Sale Management: Knowledge of sale planning and sale forecast and plan; product story-telling skills, basic Microsoft Office skills, leading to effective order achievement ability (lead to cash);
* Sale Experience: More than 2 years of sales experience and /or sale resource and channels of the local market in the relevant industries:
* Sales experience of local large shopping malls and/or e-commerce platforms;
* Machinery precision equipment or injection molding model industries (dentistry, jewelry, lighting, mold, animation, etc.);
* Education industry equipment sales/program bidding/course sales background, with education circle industry resources;


Others Requirement:

* Legally domestic work permission (no visa requirement)
* Interested in the 3D printing industry
* customer-centered & achievement-driven values
* Adaptability: Resilience & learning ability
* Frequent business trips
