What you'll do
* Your job is to prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market trends and operational business goals, most importantly digitalization and contact avoidance, to ensure that the customer experience is improved every day
* As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you're responsible for creating and maintaining a product backlog with clear, detailed requirements and accompanying them through to successful implementation
* As a communicative interface, you'll work closely with Customer Service and the development teams to ensure that the product vision is clearly understood and that the end product meets expectations
* You take care of the continuous use of the most important service KPIs, above all the Net Promoter Score & contact rates in customer interactions with our service agents, to ensure that changes to the customer journeys achieve the desired effect
What you'll bring
* You've a degree and at least 5-6 years of professional experience in the customer service environment, as well as experience in product management
* Your good analytical skills help you to identify improvements and you have the implementation strength to optimize existing customer journeys
* You'll bring an affinity for digital (service) processes and know how to make them successful
* You can think ahead to optimally plan your product roadmap in coordination with your business stakeholder - at the same time you're ready to solve small operational issues pragmatically
* Your strengths include commitment & initiative, you're also open to change
* Experience with agile tools in digital collaboration (Jira/Confluence) distinguishes you
* Confident German and good English skills round off your profile - you also enjoy constant intercultural cooperation
