Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.
* Support the Sales team in acquiring new projects.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the EV charging market and relevant regulations.
* Lead RFQ/RFI processes and achieve project targets according to defined milestones.
* Execute projects as the local support representative in Europe.
* Act as Project Manager for the fast-charging business based in Germany.
* Serve as a key project driver to ensure timely and high-quality project results.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
* Degree in Science or Engineering, or a related field.
* More than one year of experience in the Li-ion power battery industry or ECU development.
* Strong communication skills, proficiency in English and German as working languages.
* Ability to communicate effectively with German and other European customers.
* Solid understanding of the EV charging industry.
* Project management experience.
