Your tasks:
* You control and ensure smooth processes in our production of beverage bases and natural tea & coffee extracts
* You ensure compliance with costs, time and quality
* You coordinate daily with related departments and find target-oriented solutions for emerging issues
* You lead projects for the implementation and optimization of production processes as well as digitalization together with our production managers
* You take seasonal fluctuations into account by planning your resources (personnel, budget, materials) proactively and economically
* You motivate, develop and lead your employees with empathy and transparent decisions
* You also develop our processes sustainably
Your profile:
* You have an (engineering) technical background and experience from a manufacturing (food) company
* You are proficient in operational work and at the same time keep an eye on the overarching strategic goals
* Lean management and ownership are among your principles, through which you have already achieved process improvements
* You work confidently with MS Office, ideally you have already worked with SAP
* You can communicate complex topics and decisions in a transparent and understandable way
* You are a strong negotiator and have a good sense of when and how to assert yourself
* Very good German and good English
