About your role:
* Collecting and maintaining the risk register of the PETRA IV project in cooperation with the involved work packages
* Suppervising standardised processes of the PETRA IV project
* Tracking of deliverables and milestones of the PETRA IV project
* Maintaining and follow-up on the documenation, e.g. meeting minutes, implementing good practice in project management
* Preparing and analysing project reports

About you:
* Master or PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry or Engineering or equalivent skills and experiences
* Experience in Risk and/or Quality Management
* Experience in performing scientific experiments or planning and/or operation of particle accelerators
* Experienced with software packages useful for project managament: Office, LaTeX, xwiki, git, TeamCenter, MS Project, or similar software packages
* Independent and result-oriented work style
* Fluent both in German and English spoken and written
