About the Role
HOLOGATE is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – Entertainment (f/m/d) to grow and develop our Entertainment business segment. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within the location-based entertainment market, including amusement parks, attractions, arcades, and entertainment venues worldwide.
You will act as a key commercial driver, building long-term customer relationships and translating innovative XR entertainment solutions into successful sales partnerships.

Your Responsibilities
6. Expand and manage the client base within the Entertainment segment in line with defined sales strategies
7. Identify new business opportunities in the location-based entertainment market and guide them from first contact to contract closure
8. Act as the primary sales contact and interface between customers and internal teams such as Project Management and Key Account Management
9. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with new and existing Entertainment clients
10. Understand customer needs and develop tailored entertainment solutions and offers
11. Create and execute customer-specific sales and promotional plans, including performance evaluation
12. Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Entertainment industry
13. Represent HOLOGATE at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Your Profile
14. Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
15. High level of motivation with a target- and results-driven approach
16. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
17. Structured, reliable, and thorough working style
18. Fluency in German and English (required)
19. Initial experience in sales, business development, or key account management—ideally in Entertainment, Attractions, Leisure, or B2B Tech
20. Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and events
