Role Overview

We are at Coforge hiring for experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely execution, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and capable of managing cross-functional teams in an onsite–offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Drive Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies to ensure efficient delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, with proactive mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage budget, effort tracking, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in IT/software delivery.
• Fluency in German (mandatory) – both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in risk management, planning, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Pega platform and/or Customer Decision Hub (CDH) projects.
• Domain exposure to Travel Industry (Airlines, Railways, Transportation sectors).
• Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in Project Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
