Job description
Tasks
* Ensuring product quality during manufacturing through technical inspections
* Performing quality inspections, including final checks, attestations and handling out-of-sequence work
* Releasing components for further production steps as part of non-conformance management
* Analyzing and processing non-conformities and complaints, including troubleshooting
* Supporting production with quality assurance issues on the shopfloor
* Providing technical guidance to certified inspectors and training of new quality personnel
* Applying problem-solving methods such as Practical Problem Solving (PPS)
* Contributing to process improvements and root cause analyses of quality issues
Requirements
* Completed training as a state-certified technician or business administrator in aircraft construction, engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering
* Several years of professional experience in aircraft manufacturing and quality assurance
* Solid knowledge of Lean Management, Project Management and Total Quality Management
* Advanced user skills in SAP and experience with Google Workspace
* Business fluent German skills (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
* A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
