As a key partner on HR matters, you will support staff and management daily operations and queries, manage full recruitment processes, collaborate with colleagues to support local initiatives and ensure alignment with business line practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting the recruitment process, including preparing job advertisements, analysing applications and liaising with hiring managers.
* Establishing employment contracts and managing new joiner onboarding.
* Ensuring administrative follow-up of employees' files, including start dates, trial periods, transfers and departures.
* Acting as primary point of contact for employees.
Requirements
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field.
* Three to five years' experience in an HR function in an international environment.
* Knowledge of labour law and background in the financial sector.
* Proactivity, ability to navigate complex environments and excellent organisational skills.
* Strong customer service skills, empathy and excellent communication skills.
* Desirable certification in MBTI or Insight MDI.
* Excellent command of English and French; knowledge of German an asset.
