Key Responsibilities
1. Structure Strategic & Financial Topics
1. Understand and structure complex strategic, operational, and financial challenges into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and action items.
2. Support CFO-relevant topics such as cost transparency, policy adaption, performance drivers, investment prioritization, and business case development.
3. Prepare structured analyses and decision documents for senior management.
2. Support Strategy, Transformation & Governance Initiatives
4. Support divisional strategy, operational transformation, localization, and performance management initiatives.
5. Contribute to the design of governance models, steering routines, KPIs, and reporting structures.
6. Support coordination and tracking of strategic initiatives across functions and regions.
3. Lead Defined Project Workstreams
7. Take ownership of clearly defined analytical or conceptual workstreams within larger projects.
8. Coordinate cross-functional inputs and synthesize results into coherent management narratives.
9. Prepare and support workshops, interviews, and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders.
Your Profile / Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics Engineering, Industrial Management, STEM or a related field.
11. Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical strength.
12. 1-4 years of professional working experience, thereof at least 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, finance or operations management
13. Strong experience in problem structuring, driving analysis, management presentations and business case development
14. First exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or operational environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
15. Strong structuring and storytelling ability for senior management audiences.
16. Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
17. Confident handling of data, KPIs, and financial logic.
18. Strong communication skills and professional presence.
19. High learning agility and ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces.
20. Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are beneficial.
