Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new features, improve existing platforms, and bring your own ideas to the table without endless approval loops.
* Enable major European broadcasters to monetize their audio and video inventory effectively through your work.
* Operate at the frontier of traditional and digital advertising, defining standards where none exist (yet).
* Manage a variety of tasks from business analysis and strategy to technical integration and stakeholder management – no two days are alike.
You'll Thrive in This Role If:
* You have 2+ years of product management experience in Adtech/Martech – ideally in video or audio advertising.
* You possess a strong grasp of ad formats, tools, and technical ecosystems, plus a sharp business sense.
* You're organized, self-driven, and accountable – ready to take initiative and own your work.
* You have a proven track record of successfully launching features or products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* You have outstanding communication skills to influence, align, and inspire stakeholders.
