Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector.
Key points of the position :
Reporting directly to the executive team, you will lead UWB-based IoT projects within a high-tech defense environment.
You will manage multidisciplinary teams (10+ people), coordinate development activities, and ensure successful project delivery from concept to deployment.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing full project lifecycles (planning, execution, delivery),
* Leading and coordinating embedded/IoT/RF engineering teams,
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders,
* Driving timelines, budgets, and deliverables,
* Conducting risk assessments and mitigation planning,
* Regular reporting on progress and KPIs.
Necessary skills :
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in IoT, UWB, embedded systems, or defense tech ,
* Proven ability to manage technical teams of 10+ people ,
* Strong communication and leadership skills,
* Self-driven and able to manage remote projects efficiently,
* German language : fluent proficiency required,
* Citizenship : German or European Union (required for defense clearance).
