Position: Production Controller / Manufacturing Planner (SAP R/3)
The Production Controller is responsible for operational production planning and control within the SAP R/3 ERP system. The role ensures on-time, efficient, and data-driven execution of production orders while maintaining material availability, data integrity, and transparency of production KPIs in a business-to-business environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Operational production planning and control within SAP R/3
2. Creation, release, maintenance, monitoring, and completion of production orders
3. Scheduling and detailed production control considering capacities, priorities, and material availability
4. Continuous monitoring of production progress and active intervention in case of deviations
5. Analysis of production deviations (e.g. schedule, quantity, quality, or capacity issues) and initiation of corrective actions
6. Ensuring material availability for production in close coordination with material planning, warehouse, and purchasing
7. Resolution of material shortages, stock discrepancies, and booking errors
8. Support of inventory counts and execution of inventory adjustments
9. Maintenance and assurance of consistent and accurate master data (e.g. bills of material, routings, production parameters)
10. Ensuring data consistency between SAP R/3 and connected MES systems
11. Production and shopfloor support for manufacturing, supervisors, and cross-functional teams
12. Analysis of production KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and throughput
13. Monitoring and utilization of automated consumption postings

16. Support of month-end closing activities, particularly in production and inventory areas

Required knowledge and skills:
18. Proven experience as a Production Controller or Manufacturing Planner using SAP R/3
19. Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and order management
20. Experience with MES systems and SAP integration
21. Solid understanding of manufacturing KPIs and industrial production processes
22. Knowledge of automated material consumption and inventory postings
23. Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments
Proficiency in ERP systems, reporting tools, and MS Office applications

Position: Fertigungssteuerer / Production Planner & Controller (SAP R/3)
Der Fertigungssteuerer ist verantwortlich für die operative Produktionsplanung und -steuerung innerhalb des ERP-Systems SAP R/3. Ziel ist die termingerechte, effiziente und datengetriebene Umsetzung der Produktionsaufträge unter Sicherstellung einer stabilen Materialversorgung und transparenter Produktionskennzahlen im Business-to-Business-Umfeld.
Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
24. Operative Produktionsplanung und -steuerung im SAP R/3
25. Anlage, Freigabe, Pflege, Überwachung und Abschluss von Produktionsaufträgen
26. Terminierung und Feinsteuerung von Produktionsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Prioritäten und Materialverfügbarkeit
27. Laufende Überwachung des Produktionsfortschritts sowie aktive Steuerung bei Abweichungen
28. Analyse von Abweichungen im Produktionsablauf (z. B. Termin-, Mengen-, Qualitäts- oder Kapazitätsabweichungen) und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
29. Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit für die Produktion in enger Abstimmung mit Materialplanung, Lager und Einkauf
30. Klärung von Materialengpässen, Fehlbeständen und buchhalterischen Abweichungen
31. Unterstützung bei Inventuren sowie Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Bestandskorrekturen
32. Pflege und Sicherstellung konsistenter und korrekter Stammdaten (z. B. Stücklisten, Arbeitspläne, Fertigungsparameter)
33. Sicherstellung der Datenkonsistenz zwischen SAP R/3 und angebundenen MES-Systemen
34. Produktions- und Shopfloor-Support für Fertigung, Schichtführer und angrenzende Funktionen
35. Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen wie Effizienz, Ausschuss, Stillstände und Durchlaufzeiten
36. Nutzung und Überwachung automatisierter Verbrauchsermittlungen
37. Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Systemanalysen zur Produktionsleistung
38. Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlüssen, insbesondere im Bereich Produktion und Bestandsbewertung
39. Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Produktions-, Steuerungs- und Systemprozessen
Fachliche Anforderungen (kenntnisbezogen):
40. Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fertigungssteuerer oder Produktionsplaner im SAP R/3-Umfeld
41. Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, -steuerung und Auftragsmanagement
42. Erfahrung im Umgang mit MES-Systemen und Schnittstellen zu SAP
43. Verständnis von Produktionskennzahlen und industriellen Fertigungsprozessen
44. Kenntnisse in automatisierter Verbrauchsermittlung und Bestandsbuchungen
45. Erfahrung in Business-to-Business-Geschäftsbeziehungen
46. Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Reporting-Tools und MS-Office-Anwendungen
