Channel Sales Manager – DACH (AV & Unified Communications)
Location: Greater Munich Area, Germany
Hybrid Working: Approximately 60% office-based
Salary: €60-70,000 basic + €30,000 variable

Our client is a global technology manufacturer with a strong reputation in professional AV, video networking, control room solutions, and live event environments. Their solutions are deployed across mission-critical operations, enterprise communications, higher education, and large-scale AV infrastructures.
The business is experiencing growth in both its traditional control room and live events markets, while expanding aggressively into the fast-growing Unified Communications and meeting room technology sector.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager – DACH to drive revenue growth through distributors, channel partners, and system integrators across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
This role combines channel development with strategic market expansion and offers the opportunity to help shape the companys growth within enterprise communications, meeting spaces, higher education, and AV-over-IP deployments.
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced sales and technical team based in the Munich area and will play a key role in developing both existing and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the DACH channel sales strategy.
* Manage and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across:
* Unified Communications
* Meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
* Higher education and connected campus environments
* Control rooms and mission-critical applications
* Live events and professional AV
* Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches from the Munich office and customer locations.
* Work closely with technical and product specialists to position solutions effectively.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through channel partners.
* Support partners with training, enablement, and go-to-market activities.
* Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support future growth initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are interested in speaking with sales professionals who have experience within one or more of the following sectors:
* Professional AV
* Unified Communications
* Collaboration technologies
* Control room solutions
* Video networking
* Enterprise technology infrastructure
Experience working with leading AV and UC vendors such as Barco, Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Logitech, Poly, Microsoft Teams Rooms or similar technologies would be highly advantageous.
You will ideally have:
* Proven channel sales experience within the DACH region.
* Experience managing distributors and reseller networks.
* Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of AV-over-IP technologies, networked AV solutions, or related infrastructure.
* Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Fluent German and professional English language skills.
* Willingness to be office-based in the Greater Munich area approximately 60% of the time.
Existing relationships with distributors and channel partners across the region would be beneficial but are not essential.
