Ich sorge für die erfolgreiche und sichere Realisierung des Neubaus einer Stromtrasse auf Höchstspannungsebene von Nord nach Süd.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz plant und realisiert derzeit eine Reihe von Leitungsprojekten, um sein Übertragungsnetz zu verstärken. Unsere komplexen DC-Programme stehen vor der Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme dieser Höchstspannungsgleichstromübertragungs-Verbindung (HGÜ-Verbindung). Als Teilprojektleiter*in Baumanagement übernehme ich eigenverantwortlich die Realisierung eines Bauabschnitts im Großraum Gera oder Leipzig.
Meine Aufgaben:
* Gesamtverantwortung Teilprojekt: Leitung und operative Steuerung der Baustellen, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Baustellen-, Montage-, und Installationskonzepten zur Erreichung der Teilprojektziele,
* Projektplanung und -koordination: Erarbeitung und Optimierung der Bauvorbereitungs- und Bauablaufplanung, Sicherstellung der HSE- und Qualitätsvorgaben sowie Vertretung der Interessen des Teilprojektes gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern,
* Fachliche Teamführung: Aufbau und Leitung einer projektbezogenen Organisation mit fachlicher Führung von internen und externen Projektmitgliedern und Dienstleistern,
* Beschaffung und Vergabe: Erstellung von Beschaffungsplänen, Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von Vergabestrategien und Steuerung der Ausschreibungsverfahren,
* Steuerung und Überwachung: Operative Steuerung der Bauaktivitäten, Qualitätsüberwachung, sowie die Durchführung und Sicherstellung von Prüfungen und Kontrollen inklusive der Etablierung von Prozessen, Ritualen und Tools,
* Dokumentation und Reporting: Detaillierte Dokumentation aller im Teilprojekt realisierten Arbeiten und Sicherstellung eines effizienten Schnittstellenmanagements.
Meine Kompetenzen:
* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar, wir öffnen die Stelle auch für Personen mit fachpraktischer Ausbildung und mind. 10-jähriger Berufserfahrung im passendem Themenumfeld,
* Erfahrung in der Planung und operativer Baustellensteuerung von großen Infrastrukturprojekten mit hohen Investitionsvolumina,
* Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen HSE und Qualitätsmanagement,
* EDV-Kenntnisse (Office-Paket) und sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Tools,
* Fahrerlaubnis Pkw und Bereitschaft zu dauerhaftem Baustellenaufenthalt,
* Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
* Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA, PMI).

We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz
Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
