Your responsibilities
1. Lead all infrastructure-related workstreams (system setup, integrations, access control, deployment pipelines).
2. Serve as the technical counterpart to the marketing project lead, ensuring feasibility and IT compliance.
3. Ensure adherence to data protection and information security guidelines.
4. Define and document a scalable target architecture integrating Salesforce, MuleSoft, DataHub and connected third-party systems.
5. Establish and maintain core architectural principles (API-first, event-driven, composable).
6. Ensure architectural designs meet enterprise quality standards (security, reliability, scalability, usability, maintainability).
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and long-term sustainability.
8. Design, validate, and approve target architectures for new releases and migration projects.
9. Manage technical cutovers and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Your profile
10. University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
11. At least 6+ years of professional experience in IT project management, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles within digitalization or CRM projects.
12. Proven track record delivering complex, multi-system integration projects (CRM, marketing automation, and data platforms preferred).
13. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and modern integration paradigms (API-first, event-driven, cloud-native).
14. Solid knowledge of data modeling, system interfaces, and middleware solutions (MuleSoft or equivalent).
15. Strong communication and presentation skills across all hierarchical levels.
16. Fluent in German and English
