Trainee Digital Product Manager (m/f/d)
as of now // unlimited // full time (40h) // Hamburg
As a Trainee Digital Product Manager you will work side by side with an experienced Product Owner to manage a team of developers and create scalable digital business ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
* You make a decisive contribution to our product strategy, our profitability and our growth
* You analyze, identify and prioritize new opportunitie, to increase sales and customer loyalty through product improvements or new features
* You are in charge of a team of developers and take care of the stakeholder management
* Present your project progress at regular intervals to the management
* You will act as an Intrapreneur, leading one department based on selective KPIs
* You are implementing a lean, high output development process and improve the quality of development
Minimum Qualifications:
* Willingness to take over responsibility for a product/product ingredient
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Creative thinker with attention to details
* Optional: Knowledge of project management or agile process and principles
* Optional: Successfully participated in business plan competitions
