You will accompany the planning and management of personnel resources, advise on labor law matters, analyze HR metrics, and ensure the efficient implementation of HR measures as well as market-aligned compensation structures.
As a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact for our leaders and support them in all strategic people matters. You advise on labor law topics, guide personnel decisions, and actively contribute to the development of leadership and team performance. You act as a reliable sparring partner and ensure HR initiatives are implemented efficiently and practically.
