* Act as the Kiel onsite liaison for a Lisbon based development team
* Define and communicate the product vision for military maritime radar signal analysis software
* Prioritize the backlog and coordinate daily collaboration between developers, tech leads, QA, and stakeholders
* Maintain roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure incremental value delivery
* Foster strong cross-team collaboration across locations and support legacy modernization efforts
* Serve as the main onsite contact for the external Portugal team, including occasional travel (approx. once every 1–2 quarters)
* Several years of hands-on experience in agile software development environments
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product leadership (backlog prioritization, release planning)
* Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and distributed teams
* Experience with legacy modernization and working with software architects
* Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and multi-project environments
* Familiar with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Teams; DOORS or Jazz is a plus
* Fluent in English; German is beneficial
