Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and control project teams, setting goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
2. Manage complex construction projects while ensuring high quality and service standards.
3. Oversee projects for cleanroom installations, office extensions, or other infrastructure projects.
4. Coordinate and steer all internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with cleanroom standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
6. Monitor adherence to project objectives, including time and cost targets, processes, and systems.
7. Apply expertise in HVAC, MEP systems, and building automation.
8. Prepare accurate cost calculations, forecasts, and financial analyses.
9. Deliver high-quality reports and dashboards for management.
10. Drive innovation and digitalization in project management processes.
Qualifications & Skills
11. Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
12. 5+ years of experience in project management with cleanroom and office extension projects.
13. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, MEP, and cleanroom standards.
14. Excellent analytical skills for budgeting and cost forecasting.
15. Outstanding reporting and communication skills.
16. Digital mindset and ability to implement innovative tools.
17. Familiarity with HOAI, VOB, and AHO guidelines.
18. Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2 preferred; LEED or sustainability certifications are a plus.
19. Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel.
