Based in Germany, responsible for the cluster DACH (Germany-Austria-Switzerland) this role involves managing and motivating Sales and Retail teams, developing strategic Sales plans, building lasting client relationships across the German market and being the Brand ambassador for S.Lead, manage, and motivate sales and Retail teams to achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with Company objectives.
Take responsibility for sales staff, including recruitment, performance management, and development.
Drive international sales efforts, including market entry strategies and trade fair participation.
Conduct market analysis and create sales forecasts to identify business opportunities.
Manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficient sales operations and ROI.
Prepare and communicate detailed sales reports and performance reviews for senior management.
Proven experience in sales and team management.
Native German language and Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
