Your tasks
7. Taking on the role of contact person for managers of a defined area of responsibility in all HR-related matters.
8. Participation in organizational changes and change processes
9. Support and advice on questions relating to collective and individual labor law
10. Collaboration with HR expert teams, HR service providers and employee representatives
11. Support in implementing HR and corporate strategy and corporate culture
12. Participation in process optimization
Your profile
13. University degree in business administration, law or psychology with a focus on human resource management
14. Initial professional experience in the field of human resources management
15. Experience in organizational development
16. Change management skills
17. Basic knowledge of labor law
18. Knowledge of SAP HCM
19. Consulting expertise and communication skills
