Localization Project Manager Position Summary The Localization Project Manager (m/f/d) works with internal and external clients to manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time, and budget expectations. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within an organization. This includes defining project scope, creating project plans and budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing project risks and issues, as well as communicating with stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met. What You Will Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and leading teams to deliver solutions across various service offerings. Recognize client needs and focus on validating these needs through collaboration with internal teams, including technical, production, quality, and management teams Identify opportunities for increasing program revenue while considering clients' budget constraints. Regularly review client satisfaction and focus on meeting and exceeding expectations. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client retention and growth. Work with off-shore teams to plan and monitor projects to meet deadlines, quality, and budget requirements, emphasizing continuous improvements and cost savings. Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of client projects, ensuring agreed scope, timing, budget, and quality. Understand different types of available and emerging media from a global perspective. Work with internal teams to define project scope, resource requirements, and cost estimates for projects. Collaborate with internal teams to implement procedural changes and customized workflows. Maintain project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and billing. Drive reporting processes with clients, focusing on upselling and optimization during regular meetings. Utilize automation and AI to provide innovative technical solutions for process improvement. To Be Successful You Will Have More than 3 years of project and program management experience. High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to lead small-group meetings and present to larger groups. Strong customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-moving environment. Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring challenging delivery timelines are met. Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
