Executive sales manager for dach region

Beschreibung

Opportunities abound for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our expansion in the DACH region. This is an exceptional chance to craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, fostering growth and driving results.


Responsibilities

* Sales Leadership: Steer all sales activities within the DACH region, from market analysis to developing new strategies that propel growth.
* Customer Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process to secure successful deals.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with current customers to coordinate bids, clarify project details, and negotiate terms and schedules.
* Offer Preparation: Collaborate with the internal tendering team to create compelling technical and commercial offers.
* Brand Representation: Serve as our ambassador at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, while supporting our marketing initiatives.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer data and sales progress in the CRM system to optimize your workflow and ensure seamless communication.
* Project Handover: Once a project is secured, prepare detailed handover documents to ensure smooth execution by our internal teams.


Requirements

* At least 5 years of experience in a technical sales role, ideally in electrical engineering or switchgear, or products aimed at the same customer segments.

* A strong understanding of switchgear, electrical products, and the ability to communicate complex technical details in an accessible manner.

* Comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle—starting with cold outreach and building lasting customer relationships.

* A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in selling complex technical products (preferably in the switchgear space).

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales goals with minimal supervision.

* A quick thinker who can adapt to new challenges and prioritize effectively.

* Fluent in German (both spoken and written). English language skills are a plus.

* Willingness to travel regularly within the region; a valid driver's license is advantageous.
