The role of the Senior Commercial Excellence Manager is crucial in driving commercial and business excellence. This involves designing, planning, and implementing processes, tools, and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results.
* Analysis and integration of insights from various sources, including market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, and CRM data, will be a key responsibility.
This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* 8+ years of commercial experience in sales, marketing, or commercial excellence, preferably in the diagnostic/pharmaceutical/biotech industry
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
* Demonstrated implementation of commercial excellence projects with commercial outputs
* Demonstrated success in leading and coordinating strategic initiatives
* Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Veeva, and their implementation
* Ability to influence and recommend solutions
* Excellent oral and written communications/presentations, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills
* Advanced proficiency with computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs, Tableau, Power BI, and CRM systems
