We are seeking a highly skilled Pharma Project Manager with exposure to fire and safety measures to support a major pharmaceutical programme. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, implementation, and optimisation of projects within building technology, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, customer requirements, and corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as Pharma Project Manager with strong emphasis on fire and safety measures within pharmaceutical environments.
* Lead the implementation of projects in building technology and related systems.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance tracking.
* Initiate and monitor externally outsourced services relating to cost, schedule, and quality.
* Collaborate closely with site HSE teams and corporate HSE functions (HON HSE).
* Procure equipment, systems, and external services for commissioned plants and trades.
* Clarify technical conditions in line with customer requirements and compliance standards.
* Contribute to solution design and preparation of technical offers.
* Drive energy optimisation initiatives in partnership with relevant departments.
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractor services, ensuring delivery and quality.
* Provide customer support and guarantee system availability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Create and maintain all project documentation.
Requirements
* 8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical project management, with exposure to fire and safety measures.
* Strong background in building technology systems within pharma environments.
* Experience managing outsourced services, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Knowledge of HSE compliance standards (site and corporate level).
* Proven track record in procurement, system commissioning, and energy optimisation.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
* Ability to mentor and lead technical staff on site.
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
* SCC-17 certification required to work on site.
* Fluent German and English is a MUST
