Sales Manager (m/f/d) e-Mobility
Your main tasks:
* creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
* preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
* coordinating of all change requests
* conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
* conducting of product/project presentations and customer negotiations
* monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
* liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
* promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
* participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
* managing and negotiating customer claims and LGE requests towards the customer
* overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
* ensuring legal framework for projects are set
* monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
* updating of management customer information
Your profile:
* Academic degree in Business Management and/ or Engineering
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales within the e-Mobility Industry, preferable with European Major OEMs
* Good knowledge of RFIs, RFQs, Project and CR Management
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
* Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
* Good technical understanding and strong negotiation skills
* Advanced financial calculation skills
* Fluent German and English language skills (Spoken and Written)
