KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive sales activities across a defined territory in Germany.
Conduct outbound prospecting (cold and warm calls) and follow up on inbound leads.
Understand customer pain points and present relevant solutions during remote demos.
Manage the entire sales process via phone and video calls.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Collaborate with Marketing to support targeted campaigns.
Work closely with Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client
transition and ongoing satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required.
1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
Native-level German and excellent spoken/written English (for internal communication).
Strong phone presence and a genuine enthusiasm for sales conversations.
Ability to simplify and explain technical products to a non-technical audience.
Quick to learn new tools and technologies.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience in travel, hospitality, eCommerce, or online platforms is a plus.
