Our HR and workforce portfolio software vendor client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager Software/ SaaS Sales to develop and execute their sales strategy.
About the Role:
Your area of responsibility will include:
* Strategic leadership: You develop and implement the sales strategy for the HCM products in line with the Group's goals.
* Market analysis and business development: You identify and develop new market opportunities, especially in medium-sized companies, and expand existing customer relationships.
* Sales management: You manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract conclusion. You ensure that sales targets are achieved and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales processes and the tools used.
* Team leadership and development: You lead and develop a highly motivated sales team and promote a performance-oriented environment.
* Collaboration with other departments: You work closely with other departments such as product development, marketing, cloud, operations, and customer service to understand customer needs and integrate them into product innovations.
* Customer service and representation: You maintain long-term customer relationships and develop cross-selling strategies.
* Leadership: As part of the leadership team, you actively shape the future of the company and contribute to strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Your profile combines:
* Sales experience: You have several years of experience in selling software solutions, ideally in the area of human capital management and B2B.
* Management experience: You have proven success in leading and developing sales teams as well as in the strategic management of sales processes.
* Expertise: You have a deep understanding of the requirements and challenges of HCM systems.
* Network and market knowledge: You have a broad network within the relevant industries and have experience in acquiring new customers as well as building and maintaining business relationships.
* Strategic thinking and analytical skills: You can analyze market trends and derive and implement successful strategies.
* Strong communication skills: You are convincing in presentations and negotiations and have strong communication skills to convince customers and internal stakeholders alike.
* Language skills: Fluent German and English are required.
