3D / AI Production Manager (m/f/d)
for our location in Hanoi / Vietnam

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated 3D/AI production team (Home & Living and Retail Industry)
• Oversee daily 3D/AI asset production operations, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient workflows
• Building, developing and motivating the team in Hanoi
• Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processes
• Organizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquarters
• Actively contributing to the further development of our company

• Experience in photorealistic 3D/AI visualizations of products (focus on furniture)
• Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender and/or 3DsMax, Vray
• Strong knowledge of AI image-generation tools and workflows
• Initial leadership experience is a plus
• Enjoy working with people and communicating in a solution-oriented manner
• High social and communication skills, flexibility and reliability
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Fluent English (business level)
