Sales manager (m/f/x)

As an employee within the PGS team, you will be working in a fast-growing company with a family atmosphere but still within an international environment. We offer interesting training courses and opportunities to develop you further.

Together with a close-knit team of fellow Sales, you will work from Germany.

What tasks will you perform?

1. You will be responsible for managing and expanding your client portfolio with the aim of building long term relationships with your clients.
2. You will search for and actively reach out to potential customers or clients.
3. You know how to convince prospects of the added value of PGS and its products thanks to your commercial skills, technical insight and in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
4. You will develop tailor-made proposals adapted to the needs expressed by the prospect accounts, you will draw up quotations and will follow them up.
5. You will negotiate with customers to determine the most suitable offer for both parties.
6. You will spend most of your time out in the field, traveling to meet with potential clients face-to-face.
7. You will follow up existing and new clients and will log the information into the CRM.
8. You will not only promote the organization’s sustainable business values in your customer contacts, but also actively apply them during your sales process and negotiations.

Who are we looking for?

9. You have already gained experience in a sales position.
10. You obtained a Master or bachelor’s degree or you have the required equivalent experience.
11. You have strong written & verbal communication skills and are able to communicate clearly inside and outside the organization.
12. You understand the needs of the customer and can offer a suitable solution.
13. You are sufficiently assertive and know how to build lasting relationships with the various stakeholders.
14. You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
15. You are eager to learn.
16. You are a team player with a strong sense of determination and personal integrity.
17. You are fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus.

Who are we?

PGS GROUP has been active in the wood packaging industry for 30 years. PGS stands for Palettes Gestion Services and was founded in France in the year 1993. PGS started with the repair and sale of wooden second-hand pallets and currently trades in both second-hand and new pallets.

23. Your place of employment is in Germany.We have two sites: PGS Udo Bilstein Paletten: An d. Römerziegelei 9, 41539 Dormagen Duitsland.PGS Ullu Paletten: Draisstraße 19-21, 76461 Muggensturm Duitsland
24. Schedule: full-time from Monday to Friday.
