Product Owner (m/f/d)

The role of the Product Owner (PO) is one of the key operational roles within a digital product team. The PO is responsible for defining user stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team. To ensure consistency for all products within one ART (Agile Release Train), the overall priorities have to be aligned with the Product Manager of the respective ART. The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done. This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including the preparation for the Program Increment (PI) Planning meeting.
What You Will Do
* Representing the customer /dealer needs by engaging the customer/ dealer and ensuring that the business outcomes are at the heart of all moves made
* Developing a product roadmap that meet expectations of all users and stakeholders as well as communicating the roadmap to all stakeholders
* Own prioritization of product backlog to be continually aligned to business value and own the ART and overall release plan as well as documenting story details based on the ART and features after reviewing with development
* Organizing sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories
* Leading backlog grooming to decompose, estimate and refine stories with other product teams
* Ensure proper business testing on user story level, define test cases, perform testing and log defects
What You Will Bring
* Completed studies coupled with expert knowledge in conceptually creating and driving digital solutions on a regional and global scale in a multi-brand environment
* Expert knowledge in opportunity and business case development, business process re-engineering, organizational change management, transition planning, system development lifecycles, program/project management and fielding of business applications in a large scale enterprise with complex organizational and IT structures
* Experience in digital solutions in the agriculture or other engineering industries as well as in agile ways of working is mandatory
* Business fluent in English and German in combination with outstanding communication presentation skills
